• Pressure to Power is an engaging, practical experience that helps employees recognize what stress is doing before it hijacks their attention, communication, or the rest of the day.

Participants practice simple, science-informed tools to interrupt the stress response, regain clarity, and choose their next action with intention.

They leave with repeatable strategies they can use at their desks, between meetings, during difficult conversations, or whenever the day goes sideways.

  • Patterns to Progress helps employees understand why knowing what to do rarely guarantees they will

    consistently do it.

Through values alignment, attention awareness, and achievable micro-wins, participants learn to recognize automatic patterns and make constructive choices easier to repeat.

The result is less self-judgment, greater personal ownership, and steadier progress in primarily health, work, and daily life.

Progress in Practice™

This six-month workplace partnership carries the learning beyond a one-time workshop and turns it into ongoing, supported practice.

The engagement begins with one live workshop that gives employees a shared language and practical foundation for change.

Monthly live Q&A and coaching sessions help employees apply the tools to real-life stress, habits, choices, and workplace challenges without requiring public disclosure of personal information.

Biweekly ready-to-send emails reinforce key ideas with brief prompts and practical actions employees can use throughout the workday.

Employees may also complete a private, employee-owned personalized assessment that helps them recognize their individual patterns and identify relevant next steps. Individual responses and assessment results remain with the employee and are never shared with the employer.

The organization gains a consistent wellness rhythm that supports resilience, follow-through, and healthier workplace habits not another labor-intensive program for HR to manage.

About Elaine

Elaine O’Neal is the founder of Effect A Change and creator of the RE²A²CH Method—a practical framework that helps people recognize automatic patterns, regulate stress, make intentional choices, and turn insight into sustainable action.

A certified life coach, hypnotherapist, somatic practitioner, neuroscience-trained coach, author and speaker, Elaine translates complex mind-body and behavior-change concepts into approachable tools employees can use during an actual workday. Her programs are science-informed, experiential, and refreshingly human, combining meaningful learning with warmth and the occasional well-placed laugh.

Elaine believes workplace wellness should respect employee privacy, fit into the realities of a busy organization, and provide more than another presentation people forget by Friday. Her goal is simple: help people create better patterns, stronger responses, and healthier ways of working—one useful practice at a time.

Thus helping one human at a time to live a better life.
