A1C Power Shift

Help patients turn sound diabetes guidance into sustainable daily action.

WHAT IS A1C POWER SHIFT?

A1C Power Shift is a complimentary 45-minute online workshop and an easy first referral step. (Normally $33) It helps patients understand why knowing what to do and doing it under real-life stress create challenges.

WHAT PATIENTS DISCOVER

  • What may be interfering when good intentions are interrupted by stress, fatigue, or old patterns.
  • How the brain filters choices and influences what a person notices, repeats, and believes is possible.
  • Two realistic next steps: one physical action and one mindset action that fit the patient’s life and health goals.

Effect A Change provides nonmedical behavior-change and stress-support coaching for women with Type 2 diabetes who understand their care recommendations but struggle to follow through consistently.

We work alongside—not in place of—the healthcare team.

Simply reach out by email or schedule a quick call to receive a replicable handout with your referral code.
