    Elaine O’Neal is a Certified Life Mastery Consultant, Neuroscience Coach, Divine Disrupter, Speaker, Hypnotherapist, Somatic Practitioner, Author, and the spirited founder of Effect A Change llc. She has over 30 years of experience with the art and science of the mind-body connection.

    A dynamic storyteller and engaging teacher, Elaine blends art, science, soul and a touch of sass to make the path to healing accessible, uplifting, and even fun. It is a journey she herself has been through. See Elaine's Health Story

    Whether through her coaching, workshops, retreats, books, or speaking engagements, Elaine’s mission is to help people discover the gift in their struggles and step boldly into personal freedom.

    When not coaching or creating, you’ll find her kayaking, gardening, baking, playing with her grandkids, fishing, camping, reading or leading folks in a good laugh — preferably with snacks.

Effect A Change exists to help women choose forward and live from within.

We believe lasting change doesn’t come from force, fixing, or external pressure, but from restoring inner authority, clarity, and trust.

Our work meets women where they are — offering education, support, and guided experiences that remove what no longer fits and strengthen what already exists.

We don’t tell women who to become or how to live; we help them hear themselves again. From that place, health stabilizes, decisions simplify, and life moves forward with less effort and more integrity.

This is not about becoming someone new — it’s about standing in who you already are and choosing forward, now.
